Science-Based Eastern Meditation & Self-Healing

Integrating ancient wisdom with modern science for real well-being.

Our Purpose

Welcome to this site. Here, I share what I have learned and experienced over nearly 20 years of research and practice in the fields of Eastern esoteric arts, traditional Hawaiian Huna, and the authentic meditation techniques of the Buddha.

This website is designed for people interested in the hidden powers of the mind and body, and for those struggling with mysterious or unexplained health issues. My journey is not just academic—I once suffered from a serious illness myself, and was able to overcome it through these very methods.

If I were to face illness again today, these are exactly the steps I would take. Even if you have no prior knowledge or special skills, you can follow a clear, systematic path:

  1. Understand My Story — Discover what I actually did to heal myself.(About me)
  2. Learn the System — Gain structured, practical knowledge.
  3. Apply and Practice — Put the teachings into action in your daily life.
Learn the System
Apply and Practice

Please note: I do not reject modern medicine. For treatable illnesses, you should always rely on doctors and appropriate medications—they are often the fastest way to recovery. In my case, it took me over ten years to fully heal. However, if you are struggling with conditions that modern medicine cannot explain or solve, or if you wish to complement your medical treatment, these methods may offer real benefits.

Above all, my hope is that this site becomes a guide and inspiration for your own journey—helping you to find answers, regain your health, and unlock your hidden potential.

The Three Esoteric Practices and How to Begin

1. Nei Kung (QiKung/Internal Alchemy)

Originating in China, Nei Gong is a system of cultivating and directing life energy—known as “Qi”—to strengthen the body and promote healing. It forms the foundation of Eastern medicine and is also called the “Way of the Immortals.” This is my personal specialty, and through specific breathing techniques, I was able to heal my own illness.

2. Huna

Huna is a traditional Hawaiian esoteric practice centered on the concept of “Mana,” or vital energy. While similar to Nei Gong in many ways, Huna focuses more on the mind—removing inner blockages, resolving suppressed emotions, and establishing contact with higher states of consciousness. Huna typically does not involve formal meditation, but rather practical mental techniques.

3. Buddha’s Meditation

Taught by the historical Buddha, this system offers a comprehensive method to analyze human suffering and provides structured meditations to eliminate its root causes. Unlike Nei Gong or Huna, Buddha’s meditation is fully systematized and covers every aspect of human existence. For those who wish to engage in meditation, this method is the most reliable and complete.

How to Practice: Recommended Sequence

  1. Start with Nei Kung.
It’s easiest to begin with Nei Kung, as the physical sensations of Qi make it engaging and accessible. As your Qi grows stronger, you’ll need to learn how to stabilize and direct it using techniques like autogenic training and visualization.
  2. Strengthen and Direct Qi.
    • Gather and concentrate Qi until you can generate warmth.
    • Learn to move Qi within your body, focusing it on areas that need healing.
    • As your practice deepens, Qi will begin to circulate in the deeper layers of the body. You may experience a subtle fading of ordinary consciousness during deep breathing.
  3. Combine with Buddha’s Meditation.
At this stage, it’s recommended to incorporate Buddha’s meditation techniques. Unlike Nei Gong, Buddha’s methods are fully documented and can be learned independently—no need to rely on a teacher or ambiguous traditions. However, the goal and direction of each method are different; choose which path best aligns with your personal purpose.
  4. Study Huna for Deep Mental Insight.
Once you have experience with Qi and meditation, learning the principles of Huna will help you deeply understand the structure of the mind and address subconscious issues that may be affecting your health or happiness.

Summary

  • Nei Gong provides a hands-on way to cultivate Qi and begin your journey.
  • Buddha’s meditation offers a complete, systematic approach to overcoming suffering and understanding yourself.
  • Huna gives you tools to work with the deeper layers of the mind and consciousness.

By following this progression, anyone—regardless of background—can begin to access the benefits of Eastern and Hawaiian esoteric wisdom, step by step.
